Submission to first review of CTP insurance scheme

IAG welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the Standing Committee on Law and Justice First Review of the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance Scheme.
IAG underwrites around 1.9 million CTP personal insurance policies in NSW each year, holding a market share of approximately 34%. As the largest CTP insurer in NSW, this review is of significant importance to IAG.
